He refers to this as an interim reclamation sampling and will not use that reference area. When is it not an interim reclamation sampling? We are in Year 8 and anything that needs to be reseeded or planted needs to be done shortly. Also Where are the 5 revegetation areas on the Vento Property per the report? Why is there 33.87% Western Wheatgrass and not more Intermediate and Crested Wheatgrass based on the seed mix and water requirements Was the seed plan followed? I am not sure when I will at Southfield. I will be at the neighboring mine, GEC, in early August. Perhaps when I am done at GEC it would be convenient to meet at Southfield? Perhaps August 4 th? . If you let me know your specific concerns prior to meeting on site, I will be better able to answer your questions. The maps in the permit should be adequate to locate the reference areas. TR39 is still under review, so the Division has made no decisions regarding the proposed change to the portal area reference area, at this time.
