RULE 2 - PERMITS
To identify the relationships between the Seneca II Mine and SCCC including permit

boundaries, previous surface mine pits, bond release status of previously mined areas,
various law types or periods, and potential hydrologic impacts from past surface mining
and proposed underground mining a new map has been added to the revised PSCM PAP.
It is identified as Map 2.04.13 -M3, Permit and Regulatory Information Map. This map
also includes fold axes and faults in the permit area and adjacent areas.
