Since PSCM is an <br />underur011nd inining operation, only portions Of the reportiIl`_ requirements may be applicable in <br />ally given year. <br />The following three exhibits and associated maps contain historic information and activities <br />previously collected or conducted at the Seneca II Mine on the lands transferred to PSCM. It <br />Should be understood that this information includes a compilation of results from all of the disturbed <br />area Orlginally coItrolled by Seneca 11 mine and In most cases results Of Specific reclamation <br />activities can not be separated into the areas now controlled by PSCM. <br />Exhibit 2.04.13-El, I listoric Revegetation, contains a listing of seed mixes used for revegetation <br />seeding throughout the life of reclamation on the lands transferred from the Seneca II permit area to <br />the PSCM permit area. his data has been compiled arid/or copied front Annual Rccla►llatiori and <br />Reveoetatiou Reports submitted to C'DRMS annuall}. Map 2.04.13 -M1, Revegetation history. <br />delineates and identifies the historic annual seedim, blocks along «ith locations of inter - seeding <br />areas and concentrated shrub clumps or shrub establishment areas. <br />Exhibit 2.04.13 -E2, Topsoil Replacement Summary. contains a tabulation and statistics of the <br />sampling effort showing the topsoil replacement depths over the entire Seneca I1 reclaimed area. <br />Numerous topsoil depth samples (933) have been taken over the 1793.5 acres which translates to <br />one (1) sample per 1.9 acres. The results of this sampling indicate an average replacement depth of <br />15.6 inches over the entire area. Based on the results of the topsoil depth sampling, the area meets <br />or exceeds the estimated replacement depths over the entire Phase II bond release areas. The <br />documentation for this sampling effort is presented in the Seneca I1 Mine permit document in Tab 9, <br />Attachment 9 -4, and in Annual Reclamation Reports submitted since 1986. <br />Exhibit 2.04.13 -E3, Historic Husbandry Practices, contains results of annual grazing activities and <br />a copy of the weed control plan that discusses the measures employed on the PSCM permit area to <br />date. Map 2.04.13 -M2, Grazing Map, identifies the active pastures on the permit area. <br />To identify the relationships between the Seneca I1 Mine and PSCM including permit boundaries, <br />previous surface mine pits, bond release status of previously mined areas, various law types or <br />periods, and potential hydrologic impacts from past surface mining and proposed underground <br />mining a new map has been added to the revised PSCM PAP. It is identified as Map 2.04.13 -M3, <br />Permit and Regulatory Information Map.
