Mr. Peter Hays, DRMS <br />April 23, 2013 <br />this repair, Henderson will be using a higher strength concrete, which should provide the <br />necessary wear resilience. Along with this effort, Henderson is planning a full <br />evaluation /assessment of the jointed concrete section of the tailing delivery line (upper <br />section). This investigation will be conducted by a third party (W.W. Wheeler, the <br />engineer of record for many Henderson projects), who will provide Henderson with a <br />report detailing the overall condition of the pipeline and recommendations for any <br />corrective actions necessary.
