This creates a 101 -year period of historical irrigation. To be conservative, zeros are <br />included for each year a respective parcel was not irrigated up to 2009. The resulting percentage <br />of CU for the historical irrigation period was shown in the table and applied to the final CU <br />analysis for 34 shares. <br />D <br />
