MR -108: Minor Revision No. 108 was received on May 2, 2011. MR -108 was found complete <br />on May 11, 2011. Due to several ongoing revisions affecting similar changes, the proposed <br />decision for MR -108 was extended on May 13, until May 31, 2011 to allow some of the <br />preceding revisions to receive approval prior to approval of MR -108. On May 27, 2011, the <br />Division received another request to extend the proposed decision date for MR -108 until June <br />24, 2011. MR -108 was approved on July 5, 2011. MR -108 provided updated contours for <br />reclamation parcel EP051. <br />MR -109: Minor Revision No. 109 was received on June 1, 2011. MR -109 was found complete <br />on June 8, 2011 and approved on the same date. MR -109 approved relocation of a repeater <br />station and updates to the topsoil map. <br />MR -110: Minor Revision No. 110 was received on June 23, 2011. MR -110 proposed to <br />terminate monitoring on the excess spoil fill water monitoring piezometers. The Division <br />determined that this revision needed to be submitted as a technical revision. Colowyo withdrew <br />MR -110 on July 1, 2011. Colowyo resubmitted the proposed revision as TR -91. <br />MR -111: Minor Revision No. 111 was submitted on July 15, 2011. The Division found MR- <br />111 complete on July 22, 2011. On August 2, 2011, Colowyo requested a proposed decision <br />extension until August 8, 2011. MR -111 was approved on August 8, 2011. MR -111 updated <br />Map 29 to show the planned 2011 spoil grading block. <br />MR -112: Minor Revision No. 112 was received on August 9, 2011. MR -112 was found <br />complete on August 18, 2011, and approved on August 19, 2011. MR -112 approved the South <br />Taylor powerline extension. <br />MR -113: Minor Revision No. 113 was received on November 8, 2011. MR -113 was found <br />complete on November 14, 2011, and approved on December 2, 2011. This revision provides <br />updates to ownership and control information with regard to the sale of Colowyo Coal Company <br />L.P., from Rio Tinto Holdings to Western Fuels- Colorado, LLC. <br />MR -114: Minor Revision No. 114 was received on December 1, 2011. MR -114 was found <br />complete on December 7, 2011. MR -114 was approved on December 16, 2011. This revision <br />approved update to Map 28B for two new topsoil stockpiles. <br />MR -115: Minor Revision No. 115 was submitted on December 19, 2011. MR -115 was found <br />complete on December 28, 2011. MR -115 provided updates to correspondence information. <br />Colowyo requested that MR -115 be withdrawn on January 17, 2012. <br />MR -116: Minor Revision No. 116 was submitted on January 17, 2012, and found complete on <br />January 20, 2012.
