692.37 acres in the West and East Pits of Colowyo Mine. The Division sent a preliminary <br />adequacy letter on September 7, 2012. CCC provided a response to the Division's preliminary <br />adequacy letter on November 13, 2012. The Division approved SL -6 on April 9, 2013. The <br />Division released $2,465,660.00 of the reclamation bond for successful Phase I reclamation of <br />692.37 acres included in the SL -6 application. <br />3.1.6 Status of Technical Revisions <br />This section identifies those Technical Revisions processed since the findings of Permit Renewal <br />No. 5, September 14, 2009. <br />TR -81: Technical Revision No. 81 was received September 9, 2009. The Division determined <br />the TR -81 application incomplete on September 14, 2009, and sent Colowyo a letter identifying <br />additional information needed. Colowyo submitted additional information on December 8, 2009. <br />TR -81 was found complete on December 28, 2009. TR -81 provided changes to the South Taylor <br />Fill and changes to the post- mining topography. TR -81 was approved on June 29, 2011. <br />TR -82: Technical Revision No. 82 was received September 29, 2009. The Division found the <br />application complete on October 13, 2009. TR -82 provided responses to Stipulation No. 12, and <br />provided a plan for variable topsoil replacement thickness. TR -82 was approved June 25, 2010. <br />TR -83: Technical Revision No. 83 was received on 2009, called incomplete on November 6, <br />2009 and withdrawn on December 21, 2009. TR -83 had proposed to update maps to reflect <br />change in the Post mining Topography in the North Taylor Area. <br />TR -84: Technical Revision No. 84 was received on December 29, 2009 in response to <br />Stipulation No. 13. TR -84 was deemed complete on January 8, 2010 and approved on July 15, <br />2011. TR -84 approved a detailed plan for the procedures and locations for a tall mountain shrub <br />and aspen study area in the South Taylor Pit. <br />TR -85: Technical Revision No. 85 was received on February 18, 2010, called incomplete on <br />March 1, 2010. TR -85 was withdrawn June 29, 2011. TR -85 had provided updates to bonds <br />currently held by Colowyo. Portions of this revision were incorporated into TR -81. <br />TR -86: Technical Revision 86 was received on June 24, 2010, called complete on July 6, 2010 <br />and approved on September 7, 2010. TR -86 provided South Taylor Haul Road Certification and <br />As- Built. <br />TR -87: Technical Revision No. 87 was received on August 11, 2010, called complete on August <br />20, 2010 and approved on March 25, 2011. TR -87 updated Map 29, and timing of spoil grading. <br />TR -88: Technical Revision No. 88 was received on August 11, 2010, called incomplete on <br />August 20, 2010.
