On both bonds we need to know if Mr. Dempsey can legally bind AMAX, Inc. <br /> Z. For 77-83 - Alternate pit we need the following: <br /> a. The inning Plan should be more specific, length of time in pit, where <br /> you are going to stockpile material, and that it ties in with the re- <br /> location of Highway 91 by the Colorado Division of Highways. <br /> b. The reclamation plan should state how it will be filled with ttailings, <br /> how you plan to cover these tailings, and type of topsoil and vegetation <br /> to be used. <br /> 3. For 77-84 - Pit #1 we need the following: <br /> a. The mining plan should be more specific, length of time in pit, where <br /> you are going to stockpile material, and that it ties in with the re- <br /> location of Highway 91 by the Colorado Division of Highways. <br /> b. The reclamation plan should state how it will be filled with tailings, <br /> how you plan to cover these tailings and type of topsoil and vegetation <br /> to b6oubedused. <br /> c.
