The borrow pits to be <br /> used for the relocation of Highway 91 was also discussed and a resolution was <br /> gassed which stated that a special III permit would have to be obtained for these <br /> two pits by AMAX. <br /> If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to contact me. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> James L.
