A copy of that determination is attached and is <br />presently on file with your office. Please include in your permit and, in consideration of your mine permit <br />approval, the commitments from Colowyo Coal Company in Exhibit 5, Item 3 Cultural Resource <br />Protection Plan for the Collom Mine Expansion (attached). Those commitments will become enforceable <br />under your permit issuance.
