Treatment of either the ground water or the <br />surface waters at the Keenesburg Mine site is not anticipated to be necessary. <br />Notice: In the course of applying for, and obtaining approval to dispose of mine <br />waste rock in the ash disposal pit (B -Pit) at the Keenesburg Mine site, CEC <br />submitted, and received CDPHE approval for, a Ground -Water Monitoring Plan. <br />As a requirement of the approval, CEC is providing notice that the data developed <br />under the Monitoring Plan for 2011 has been placed in the operating records at the <br />site office.
