BOARD ORDER
Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and pursuant to C.R.S. 3d-32-123 (2)
the Mined Land Reclamation Board hereby assesses a civil penalty in the amount
of $10,600. This is based upon an assessment of $200 per day for 53 days of
violation, from February 26, 1988 to March 24, 1988, and April 1 , 1988 to
April 27, 1988. The' Board orders the civil penalty in the amount of $10,600
to be paid to the Mined Land Reclamation Division within 30 days of the
signature date of this document.
Persons concerned with judicial review of the provisions of the Order are
advised to consult C.�R.S. 24-4-106.
