i <br /> 4.600 Excavation, Grading, and Hauling Permits <br /> Excavation, grading and/or off-premise hauling of material <br /> and soil not considered a commercial mineral .deposit by <br /> the Mined Land) Reclamation Board, on lots of less than <br /> five acres in size, or on lots of more than .five acres but <br /> with an area to be excavated of five acres or less shall <br /> require a Temporary Use Permit_ Such permits can be <br /> for a maximum of 90 days- and are not renewable.
