KU01 <br /> Dear Property Owner/s: District 3 <br /> This office is charged with the duty of enforcing the Zoning Regulations of Adams <br /> County Colorado. Examination of the above mentioned premises Indicates that this <br /> property Is in violation of the following section(s) of the Adams County Zoning <br /> Regulations. <br /> 4.600 (SEE REVERSE SIDE AND/OR ATTACHMENT). <br /> You have thirty days to bring your property�Into compliance. At the end of thirty days. <br /> your property will be reinspected. If the violation still exists you will be served a <br /> summons and complaint requiring you to appear in Court. The statutory penalty for <br /> violation of County Zoning Regulations is a misdemeanor charge with a possible fine <br /> up to $100.00 or ten days in the County jail, or both, for each day each violation <br /> continues.
