Section 4. Seeding and Mulching <br />Trees brought to the property outside the permit area will be mulched using a high power <br />mulcher, creating organic material to enhance the soil. Approximately 1000 to 1500 lbs per acre <br />of mulch will be added to the topsoil spread on the site. <br />At this altitude of nearly 10,000 feet, no fertilizer is contemplated, especially since the topsoil <br />used is the original topsoil from the site. <br />The seed mix to be used for reclamation, together with tilling, weed spraying and application, is <br />given on the following page. : <br />Gloria Z Mine 2013 Amendment 25 <br />
