Acres Topsoiled <br />Work consisted exclusively of pre - production activities. No topsoil was re- distributed <br />during 2012 on the NHN Permit. <br />Vegetation Planted <br />No long term seeding or revegetation was performed during 2012 on the NHN Permit. <br />Temporary seeding of the topsoil stockpiles and pond embankments using the Permit <br />approved seed mix #3 (dryland) is planned to take place in early 2013. <br />Previously Re- vegetated Areas <br />No re- vegetation, fertilizing, or farming activities have taken place on the NHN Permit in <br />2012. <br />Weed and Pest Control Activities <br />Spraying for noxious weeds was done on approximately 106 acres of the NHN permit <br />area. Map 2012 -3 shows the locations and number of acres that were sprayed. <br />Spot spraying was conducted so the actual treated sites were generally small and random <br />but the general areas are depicted on the map. <br />BackCountry Vegetation Management, Colorado License #11410, of Norwood, CO <br />conducted the spraying activities. Russian knapweed was the main target. <br />Re- vegetation Monitoring Reports <br />Work consisted exclusively of pre - production activities. No reclamation related re- <br />vegetation, fertilizing, or farming has taken place on the NHN Permit in 2012 and no <br />Monitoring Reports have been created. <br />Fertilizer Application Details and Soil Fertility Testing Reports <br />Work consisted exclusively of pre - production activities. No fertilizing was done on the <br />NHN Permit area and no Soil Fertility Testing Reports were created in 2012. <br />Wildlife Monitoring Reports <br />Reclamation activities have not yet begun on the NHN Permit.
