This section of the permit needs to be updated to account for the reclamation activities <br />that occurred at the site and the subsequent bond release (SL1) for the facilities <br />demolition and backfilling and grading activities conducted. For example, page 5 of the <br />section discusses the liability amount currently held, including the demolition of the <br />Load -out and Load -in facilities approved in TR6. The liability amount held by the <br />Division changed through the SL1 bond release. Please update this section of the permit. <br />Response: Tab 1 has been updated as requested. <br />2. Page 8 of this section will need to be updated to include the following revisions; SL1 and <br />TR9. <br />Response: Tab 1 has been updated as requested. <br />Tab 2; General Policies <br />3. There is an un- numbered page just after the table of contents. This page discusses who <br />prepared the renewal application.
