The mine sign should be updated by the Operator to <br />comply with the Rule. <br />Topsoil and Overburden: <br />Topsoil stockpiles were observed south of 0 Street, north of the plant site and overburden stockpiles were <br />observed along the north and east sides of the northeast corner of mining CeII 3. The stockpiles near the plant <br />site were well vegetated and stable. The stockpiles in CeII 3 were poorly vegetated, but the Operator stated <br />they were reseeded in the fall of 2012. <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />
