For both quarters, the inspection report indicates an outflow of 0.25 cfs from Pond C. <br />Daily Monitoring Reports (DRMs) corresponding to these quarters indicate that there <br />was no discharge from Pond C. It would appear that this discharge figure is a relic <br />carried through from prior reports (first reported in the 4t" quarter of 2010) that was <br />not revised according to the actual discharge.
