Material from Top Soil Pile #1 was redistributed at <br />Pond 13, flume area, CBA #1, Ponds 6 & 10 and portions of Pond <br />11 and then top soil pile area was graded and seeded. <br />Approximately 3.0 acres were re- disturbed and re- seeded during <br />the reclamation the North Portal sedimentation control features. <br />Portions of the Upper Diversion Ditch, approximately 1.4 acres, and <br />the remnants of Top Soil Pile #2, approximately 0.3 acres, were <br />approved as permanent features on August 12, 2012 with PR -5. <br />Area — 2.0 acres <br />3.0 acres (re- disturbed) <br />Date — October 2012 <br />Seed Mix — "Seed Mix, Table 14 -8 ", Upland Components <br />23.
