I'm not sure about usage to the power pole Doug is referencing - - I was not aware of it but it
sounds probable if EF had breakers on the pole. I helped maintain the 'permitted' roadway portion but always just
to the fan site at the Monarch portal. I had graded the SW portion roadway but only at the request of the owner of
the Cabin adjacent to the Corley property done only as a "good neighbor" policy. The cabin owner, RL (Larry)
Davison) used the road for access to their cabin for many years. EF did not require 'maintanence' per say, on that
SW portion of the road during my tenure of 1996 to current, but I can't say if EF employees used it for access or
not without contacting former employees.
George Patterson has never referred to the referrenced "SW portion" of the roadway as being needed for access
by EF. I only referred to the road going to the former Monarch fan & portal site which is the portion having EF's
permit boundaries. That instance, approximately 3 years ago, was when Corleys terminated the further use of the
road for Davison, et, al, to access Davison's cabin.
Doug's final statement is very misleading. He states the road 'is' [present tense] not used for access to a cabin.
However, during my tenure & I'm sure prior to it, Larry Davison and relatives traveled from County Road 92, up the
Monarch fan road to their cabin several times per week, stopping occassionally to visit with employees and /or
me.
An old phone number for Larry Davison is: 719 275 3148.
And so it goes ---
George P
https: / /mail.g oog le.conVmai I /u /0 / ?ui =2 &i Ire29129fcb5 &view pt &search =i nboy&th= 13c88373e2d42a9l 1/3
