Kevin Stuart is listed as a "General Counsel' for <br />this company and not as a Director in Applicant Violator System(AVS). He is listed as a Director in <br />section 1.2.1(a) of the permit. Does Mr. Stuart serve in both capacities? If he is no longer considered <br />"General Counsel" for this owner, please provide the end date for his time in that capacity. <br />6.) For PacificCorp; Gregory A. Abel is listed as an Officer for this company. Gregory E. Able is listed as <br />the Chairman of the Directors for this company. Is this the same individual?
