6.4.12 EXHIBIT L - Reclamation Costs
(1) All information necessary to calculate the costs of reclamation must be submitted and broken down
into the various major phases of reclamation. The information provided by the Operator /Applicant must
be sufficient to calculate the cost of reclamation that would be incun by the state.
(2) The Office may request the Operator /Applicant to provide additional, reasonable data to substantiate
said Operator /Applicant's estimate of the cost of reclamation for all Affected Lands.
The applicant wishes to pursue a phased bond approach. The applicant estimates the cost to complete the
Reclamation from beginning to final reclamation to total $ 2,557,235.00.
The Final cost was calculated as follows:

THE ABOVE COST INCLUDES ALL OF THE COST PER THE DRMS RULES OVER AND PROFIT
PLUS THE DRMS ADDITIONAL FEES FOR ADMINISTRATION.
The applicant understands that upon approval of the final Reclamation cost estimate by the
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, that the Division would require a bond be
submitted only for the first phase ( PHASE ONE COST $ 48,273.00). The applicant does not
propose to have any water storage features or slurry wall in this permit application.
