Now it has been inconvenient for them to keep operating under this Board order, and they suddenly want to just not comply, this is also one of our complaints. This is a direct violation of the ACT and the rules and regulations and a BOARD ORDER. It can't be good for them for 2 years and then all of a sudden when its our tum, it's no good. It was a Board order to restore all 107.9 acres of the Morgan property back to prime farmland which it was prior to mining. The mine needs to show you a legal right of entry to this property. They breached the lease and they had 30 days to cure the problem which they did not do. We may not allow them to ever get this lease again. Part of the application process for a new permit or renewal is they need to provide a right of entry. The lease has been continuously breached on many occasions and default letters were sent out and not complied with. The Judge ruled that they breached the lease, so we are obtaining Legal rights to enforce that breach. Right now,as far as we are concerned, they have no legal rights at all. They violated the rules and regulation and the ACT and have a Judgment to that affect. What more do you people need to put an end to what they have done and are still doing to us ? ? ?? I would like to know the next Board meeting and the one after that since by law this inforrnation is suppose to be public here and never has been and please make that information available to us as soon as possible. 1 will submit a paper to attend this Board meeting And 1 would like at least 45 minutes to speak. I think the Board needs to know everything that has happened and one way or the other, I plan to get that 501 age
