Imprint that in your <br />brain if you have one because we had All of our irrigation in place prior to mining and <br />you are not giving us back less than what we had and you are not taking away the type <br />of uses we had with this property. We will be contacting our attorney tomorrow and I will <br />be contacting the Governor and the news media. 1 am requesting to be contacted by <br />YOUR HEAD PERSON OF DRMS and ! will be contacting the Head person of QSM , <br />also. You are in violation and if the State won't enforce the rules and regulations, then 1 <br />will be seeking help from the Judge or the Governor. I am going to write them and tell <br />them what you peo[ple are trying to do. We had a very nice, well productive prime <br />farmland acreage here and we are not going to allow you to put all your lies and stupid <br />remarks and take that away from us. We are again requesting a formal hearing so I can <br />show these people what you are doing and read these ridiculous remarks and <br />statements to the farmers here. <br />We had Barx soils with 0 -3% SLOPES. Why would you even try and substitute <br />AVALON soils that have less than 25% slopes. Pretty incompetent for your part. We <br />had Barx soils of less than 6% slopes. Don't try and take away what we had for 50 <br />years! <br />Again Ross Junior, the Western Fuels property (James Johnsons) was HISTORICALLY <br />IRRIGATED AND CROPPED EVERY YEAR!! He HAD HUNDREDS OF FEET OF <br />gated [PIPE STILL STACKED OUT HERE. We CUT HIS HAY EVERY YEAR AND GOT <br />319 ton off the one field just before WFC took possession. When you come to this <br />INFORMAL hearing, be prepared because these farmers are going to tell you about the <br />SUNSHINE comer and the Johnson place. James Johnson is pretty famous over here <br />and EVERYONE KNOWS THE SUNSHINE PLACE AND THIS FARM. WFC are crooks <br />and liars and they have stolen some of the prettiest places in this valley and lied through <br />their teeth about them. He had one of the best irrigation plans around here and he was <br />a very hard worker and spent hours farming and making sure his place was the very <br />best. Sometimes,400 lbs of fertilizer per acre or more, you are all liars!!!! How do you <br />sleep at night because of all the lie in this, you should be totally ashamed and it shows <br />us just how incompetent and deceitful, and the act of misconduct overwhelms your <br />behavior. <br />WFC states that Mr. Morgan did not have crop records, personal communication. All lies <br />and we have sent you numerous times SCS records from back in 1960. Mr. Morgan has <br />historically irrigated and cropped this place for over 50 years not 20 like the incompetent <br />person that wrote this ridiculous conglomeration of lies and untrue statements. <br />Believe it not, a harrow doesn't level and causes numerous rocks. And it doesn't matter <br />what WFC has for their equipment, we are the farmers of the Morgan Property and we'll <br />use what we have. This is just another place, another time and we are back with <br />another idiot starting over from 5 years of progress. I didn't know that God made so <br />many idiots in one place. These people Know nothing about farming. Even in gated pie, <br />water doesn't irrigate up hill as this states. AND YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE US <br />BACK A LABOR INTENSIVE RANCH THAT REQUIRES HUNDREDS OF HOURS OF <br />SHOVELING WHEN WE HAD A VERY WELL DESIGNED IRRIGATED PLACE PRIOR <br />24 1 Page <br />
