And as the Judge said, it was WFC responsibility to abide by those rules and the Act and make sure it was done right. It is not the landowners responsibility to enforce these rules, nor is it our responsibility to have to learn these rules, nor are WE GOVERNED by these rules, these rules are made to govern surface coal mining so we are protected, so we need protected from all of these wrongful attempts to try and reverse our land to something we did not have AFTER MINING HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED!!!! We had worked with SCS(NRCS) since 1960. We had it in com prior to that. As shown in Jim Irvines soil survey of 1998, it shows the cam stubble still in the Sunshine field. The Sunshine Corner was the best there was as documented by Western fuels in 1998 and in 2000. Lance and Ross testified under oath that they were never at our house. Ross even ate lunch with us while discussing Tr -57. Again all lies. Ross testified under OATH that he had nothing to do with Any PERMITTING. Also please submit who has always done the permitting because I worked for WFC for 13 years and in that 13 years, I watched Ross do the permitting EVERY year. and spend hours and hours on his computer to work on permitting.
