Maybe they can explain from the <br />beginning why after removing Barx soils from the Staats property and hauling it to the <br />Power Plant for FILL Dirt , why they have ALWAYS robbed from Peter to pay Paul and <br />now that they have stole this soil from us, 196,000 cubic yards, why they are not <br />robbing from THEIR property to fix what they have stolen from us. Maybe they can <br />explain away why they documented to the State in ALL documents, that the soil <br />surveys are less than what they say, yet they removed 700,000 cubic yards of soil from <br />our second half, 3 times as much as what the soil survey reflects. They always have <br />these" on the side deals" with Bud Benson, guaranteeing this and that if hell cooperate <br />and they took our soils to fix his property, prime farmland soils to fix NON -PRIME <br />FARMLAND fields and now want to rob again from our WEST half to fix our EAST half <br />which they stole. Amazing. I would request again that everyone read DR. BORCH <br />rebuttal letter and his findings as well as his knowledge of these illegal happenings and <br />also Dr. Cipra who was the NRCS specialist and Steve Parks who also stated all of our <br />property was prime farmland and should have had a BARX designation. Also the <br />JUDGE told WFC that this Jim Irvine was a Soil Scientist that was HIRED by WFC and <br />if there was any question on his soil survey, that it was THEIR responsibility and THEY <br />should have CONSULTED NRCS and therefore they broke the rules governing prime <br />farmland and THEY ALSO BREACHED THE MORGAN LEASE. So, we are going to <br />fight PR -07 tooth and nail and the STATE and OSM should step up and put and end to <br />all of this FABRICATED HIRED GUN material. <br />The average depth of the TOPSOIL and SUBSOIL on this property was 53 plus inches. <br />We can also add and subtract and so can NRCS. AND this was in FROZEN GROUND. <br />Dejoia wasn't here and his so called facts are based on ASSUMPTIONS which he <br />doesn't even know what he is talking about. AND Dunker also is an Illinois soils scientist <br />and NEITHER was he here prior to mining. These farmers and ranchers here have <br />signed a petition and which were sent many signatures verifying that the Sunshine <br />Corner was one of the most beautiful places here and of these farmers, the Weimers <br />which have been used in EVERY permit that WFC has done tells you of the ENTIRE <br />FIELDS that were prime ALFALFA that they bought. <br />Dejoia nor Dunker can make a MORE accurate map of these soils when NONE of them <br />were there and NONE of them seen these soils or the CONSISTENCY of these soils <br />prior to mining. The soils aren't even here anymore and I didn't see them go across the <br />road or street. After correspondence with NRCS about this, NO government agency nor <br />any individual scientist can change a prime farmland determination that was MADE by <br />NRCS especially when NRCS was only here for ONE ONE DAY. AND this man, Steve <br />Parks, even then stated that ALL of our soils was a BARX 2E classification and <br />TYPICAL of our entire property based an what he observed.
