For these roads, please revise Pages 20 -2.1 and 2.2 to reference the location of the post mine profiles depicted on Exhibit No. 20 -3. If so, please revise the attachment indicating this occurred or submit justification for the omission of the geotextile installation. Response: As stated in the Pond 016 Slide Area Construction Summary, all of the saturated material was removed and dry material was placed and compacted throughout the area. Therefore, once all of the saturated material was removed, the underdrain installed and dry material placed and compacted from the pond bottom up to final grade; there was no need for the geotextile originally proposed. It should be noted that the originally proposed backfill material up to the top of the underdrain was not to be compacted.
