I think this objection needs to be lumped in with all of the other objections that we have
or will receive for this amendment. Berhan is tracking these and will provide a written
response to all of the objectors after the comment period closes. He also is required to
provide copies of all objections to the applicant. This is our normal process for all
applications with objections.
