• <br />• Deliverable: URS will provide a brief report that summarizes construction activities. <br />provides as -built drawings of the wells and pipeline, and presents analysis of short <br />term well test data. <br />Task 7 — Start -Up and Pilot Testing of Phase I Extraction Well System <br />• Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of the Phase 1 extraction well system an(' <br />determine whether more wells (Phase I1) are needed for seepage capture. <br />• Scope: Provide assistance to the Henderson Mill for extraction well system start -up. <br />monitor performance, and resolve any initial operational problems. URS will also <br />conduct a long -term (2 to 4 weeks) pumping test of the Phase I well system, collec <br />data during pilot testing, and evaluate the degree of seepage capture.
