It is noted that the East 8th Street Pit (M- 2000 -082, WDID 0303016) is no longer a <br />part of this Combined SWSP. Aggregate sold this pit to Superior Oilfields and as of November <br />2012 this pit is no longer covered by Aggregate. All depletions hitting the river are the responsibility <br />of Superior and are now covered under Superior's SWSP (WDID 0302562). A summary of the pit <br />operations at each site is provided below. <br />Status: Mining and reclamation of the Teti Pit are complete. The only <br />depletion covered by this SWSP is water lost due to evaporation. The <br />Applicant has filed an augmentation plan in water court (case no <br />07CW198) and will keep this pit in this SWSP while the augmentation plan <br />is pending. <br />Exposed Ground Water Surface: 7.7 acres <br />Active Dewatering: No <br />Status: Mining and reclamation of the North Dahlia Pit are complete. The <br />only depletion covered by this SWSP is water lost due to evaporation at the <br />Palizza Pond.
