F. Where pipe sleeves, inserts, and anchors prevent placement of reinforcing bars in the locations shown,
additional reinforcing shall be required, in locations as approved by CERTIFYING ENGINEER.
G. Reinforcing bar splices shall be used only in the locations shown on the DRAWINGS.
H. Welded splices shall not be permitted.
I. The length of lap for reinforcing bars shall be in accordance with ACI 318, unless otherwise shown.
