ameO <br />4.1.3 Atterberg Limits <br />AMEC performed Atterberg limits testing of the fill materials. All fill materials, with the <br />exception of SLF, were non - plastic. The SSF sample tested met project specifications for <br />Atterberg limits. Atterberg limits test data are presented in Appendix H.1. <br />AMEC performed one (1) CQA Atterberg limits test of SSF. The testing frequency <br />(approximately one test per 925 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing <br />frequency of one test per 50,000 cubic yards. The CQA Atterberg limits performed on SSF <br />met project specifications. The SSF CQA Atterberg limits results are presented in <br />Appendix H.1 and summarized in Table 5. <br />AMEC performed four (4) CQA Atterberg limits tests of SLF. The testing frequency <br />(approximately one test per 118 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing <br />frequency of one test per 4,000 cubic yards. The CQA Atterberg limits performed of SLF <br />met project specifications. The SLF CQA Atterberg limits results are presented in <br />Appendix H.1 and summarized in Table 6. <br />4.1.4 Proctor Compaction Tests <br />AMEC performed standard Proctor compaction tests of SLF in order to compare in -place <br />densities and moisture contents with laboratory derived values of maximum dry density and <br />optimum moisture content. <br />AMEC performed four (4) CQA standard Proctor compaction tests of SLF. The testing <br />frequency (approximately one test per 118 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified <br />testing frequency of one test per 4,000 cubic yards. The SLF compaction test results met <br />project specifications and are presented in Appendix H.2 and summarized in Table 6. CQC <br />Proctor tests were not included in the Proctor testing frequency.The SSF fill contained more <br />than 30 percent above the % -inch sieve.
