The Applicant has stated there are not any permanent man -made structures within 200 ft. <br />of the affected land. Please see additional comments under Exhibit C No. 4 and No. 6. The <br />Division will confirm if there are any permanent man -made structures within 200 feet of the <br />affected land during the required pre - operational inspection. <br />The only permanent man -made structures are two fences installed by Michael Loukenon shortly <br />after the Operator commenced quarry operations pursuant to the 110 permit issued in 2004. No <br />portion of the revised affected area or the proposed expansion of the quarry operations beyond <br />the boundaries of the original quarry areas (TBS1 and TBS2) will occur within 200' of the <br />Loukenon fences. <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of this application. Please remember <br />that the decision date for this application is November 21, 2012. As previously mentioned, if <br />you are unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to this date, it will <br />be your responsibility to request an extension of time to allow for continued review of this <br />application.
