The building will be insulated with Concrete Blankets and will have a large open area to <br />park the Normet Mixer. Heating will be provided by a propane heater. The propane line will <br />come from the existing batch plant building, so no new propane tanks will be necessary. <br />The building will be constructed on a 30' X 40' existing reinforced concrete slab. <br />An area of the site on Forest Service land North of the existing project roadway and West of the <br />existing disturbed area will be utilized for Mine Employee parking. The existing topography will <br />not require anything more than nominal grading to accommodate the vehicle parking. There is <br />already existing gravel in the area that had been previously placed for what appears to be a pre- <br />existing parking area. The area will be fenced off with "T" posts and 4 strand barb wire to <br />provide security for the mine site. <br />Access Driveways <br />Two access drive lanes will be constructed by removing the existing earthen berm adjacent to <br />the roadway.
