The remainder <br /> of the area was covered with approximately 1 foot of snow. <br /> • King 11 roads were plowed and snow-packed (Photo 4). The various ditches were obscured <br /> by snow. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> • The King 11 facilities were in full operation. Highway-legal haul trucks were arriving, being <br /> filled with coal, and departing the site eastward on CR 120. <br /> • The screening tower was running, and a relatively large amount of coal was on hand at Coal <br /> Stack Tube#2. <br /> ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> No enforcement actions were issued as a result of this inspection, and none are pending. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 Page 3 of 5 <br />
