The well casing <br /> extends above the ground surface (Photo 3). <br /> • Well PW 1 (82-4), located above the reclaimed slope of the adjacent gravel permit area <br /> (Photo 4), did not appear to have been reclaimed. The same was true of Well 95-1, which <br /> protrudes from the middle of the gravel permit area (Photo 5). <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> • I did not trek to the reclaimed North Pit, but no evidence of slope instability was visible from <br /> across Carbon Junction Canyon (Photo 6). <br /> ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> No enforcement actions were issued as a result of this inspection, and none are pending. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 Page 3 of 7 <br />
