Revised 11/15/81 <br /> The supporting information and technical data supplied by various <br /> individuals and companies, as shown in the Exhibit portion of this <br /> application , are also listed in Table 1 , Organizations Supplying <br /> Technical and Supplemental Information. <br /> 2.03.4 Identification of Interests <br /> The permit applicant for the Maxwell Mine is CF&I Steel Corporation <br /> located at Post Office Box 316, Pueblo, Colorado, 81002; telephone <br /> number (303) 561-6622. CF&I Steel Corporation maintains a mine office <br /> for the Maxwell Mine approximately 3 miles west of Weston, Colorado. <br /> CF&I Steel Corporation owns all surface and coal in fee or has under <br /> lease surface and coal which they expect to mine during the next five <br /> years. The Surface Ownership Map (Map 1) and the Mineral Ownership Map <br /> (Map 2) , show all legal and equitable owners of record of the coal to be <br /> mined and all affected surface above the underground mining activities. <br /> There are no purchasers of record under a real estate contract for <br /> property overlying areas which CF&I ' s mining activities will affect <br /> during the next five years. <br /> The resident agent of CF&I Steel Corporation concerning this application <br /> is as follows: <br /> Mr. James G.
