A strength test will be the <br /> average strength of at least two (2) companion cylinders. <br /> 15.1.2 CORED SPECIMENS <br /> The concrete represented by cored specimens will be considered <br /> to have failed the strength requirements when the average <br /> strength of three (3) specimens falls below eighty-five percent <br /> (85%) of the specified strength, or when any core falls below <br /> seventy-five percent (75%) of the specified strength. <br /> SPEC.B - CONCRETE <br /> PAGE 21 <br />
