Stipulation No. 12 (New Elk) , No. 10 (Golden Eagle) <br /> The operator will monitor surface and groundwater as detailed in Tables 1 and <br /> 2. This data will be submitted to the Division quarterly. An Annual <br /> Hydrologic Report will be submitted to the Division evaluating the year' s data <br /> and discussing any pertinent facts.
