Climax will apply for the <br /> applicable construction 1041 permit in Eagle County . <br /> Summit County - Climax has submitted the necessary <br /> application information for the applicable 1041 permits <br /> that may be required for future phases of the EPR <br /> project that involve Summit County . Approval is <br /> pending . <br /> Lake County - At this time Lake County is evaluating <br /> whether a 1041 permit will be required .
