Aries 2607 Page 4 <br />SECTION 7 - SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURE <br />STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE MATERIAL IS RELEASED OR SPILLED: Evacuate <br />spill area and keep unprotected personnel away. Wear appropriate protective <br />clothing as described in Section 8. Contain and recover liquid where possible. <br />Collect using an inert absorbent material and place in appropriate containers for <br />disposal. Prevent spill from entering sewers and water courses. <br />WASTE DISPOSAL METHODS: Report releases as required and dispose according <br />to local, state and federal regulations. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL TOXICITY DATA: N/A <br />HAZARDOUS WASTE 40CFR261: This product may be hazardous waste under <br />RCRA due to corrosivity. <br />HAZARDOUS WASTE NO: N/A <br />SECTION 8 - SPECIAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT <br />RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: NIOSH approved acid fume respirator when mists <br />are present. Selection and use of respiratory equipment must be in accordance <br />with OSHA 1910.134 and good industrial hygiene practice. <br />EYE PROTECTION: Chemical safety goggles or full face shield. <br />PROTECTION CLOTHING: Wear impervious rubber or equivalent gloves and apron <br />and full work clothing, including shirt, trousers & boots. Completely impervious <br />clothes should be substituted if there is prolonged or repeated contact. <br />VENTILATION: Good dilution ventilation recommended to maintain exposure <br />levels. <br />OTHER: Eyewash and safety shower should be located nearby. <br />
