Road ditches and road culverts were generally well maintained throughout <br /> the various mine site locations and support facility areas. All areas of the site were accessible. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> At the South Fan the reclamation is stable with fairly good vegetation. The remaining silt fence at the South Fan <br /> site needs to be repaired or replaced (see attached Photo No. 6). <br /> At the North Decline reclaimed area,the diversion ditches,permanent channel and associated sumps were viewed. <br /> No problems were noted at the North Decline.
