<br />18. LFH -1 Well (Permit Nos. 32363 -F and 35393 -F), withdrawing non - tributary water from the
<br />Laramie -Fox Hills Aquifer, decreed in Case No. 88CW149, W.D.1 for an average annual amount
<br />of 141 acre -feet.
<br />19. Denver Metro Wells (Case No. 2003CW186 WD1) withdrawing non - tributary and not -non
<br />tributary water from the Arapahoe, Upper Arapahoe, and Laramie -Fox Hills Aquifers in the
<br />average annual amount of 29,605 acre -feet.

<br />20. South Platte Gravel Pit Storage Right (Case No. 2001CW286 WD1), Appropriation Date:
<br />December 28, 2001. Pursuant to the decree in this case, Applicant is able to use and reuse 2,400
<br />acre -feet stored in the South Reservoir Complex, and 17,747 acre -feet stored in the North
<br />Reservoir Complex, with the right to refill.
<br />21. 5K Direct Flow Right (Case No. 2001CW285 WD1) Appropriation Date: October 15, 1996.
<br />Pursuant to the application filed in this case, Applicant has the right to divert directly from the
<br />South Platte River 5,000 acre -feet annually for delivery to designated end users.
<br />22. Recycled Plant Water Right and Exchange (Case No. 2001CW287 WD1), Appropriation Date:
<br />December 28, 2001. Applicant may divert 70 c.f.s. under a direct flow right, and 70 c.f.s. under an
<br />exchange and substitution right.
<br />23. Lupton Lakes South Platte Storage Right, pending (Case No. 2007CW322 WD1),
<br />Appropriation Date: July 12, 2006. Pursuant to the application filed in this case, Applicant seeks
<br />to use and reuse 11,400 acre -feet stored in the Lupton Lakes Gravel Pit Complex, with the right
<br />to refill.
<br />24. Farmers and Gardeners Ditch Water Right, (Case No. 2009CW084 WD1), Appropriation
<br />Date: March 15, 1863. Applicant may fully reuse 315 acre -feet of the consumptive use portion of
<br />the Farmers and Gardeners Ditch Water Right.
<br />25. Lawn Irrigation Return Flows, (Case No. 2004CW121 WD1). Applicant is able to reuse
<br />approximately 1500 -2,000 acre -feet of lawn irrigation return flows per year.
