5.4 Geogrid QC Documents <br />ame0 <br />Geogrid used for the remediation of the underground workings was manufactured by the <br />TENSAR Company of Morrow, Georgia. Quality Control Certificates for the geogrid installed <br />for underground workings remediation are presented in Appendix N.2, and meet project <br />specifications. <br />5.5 Pipe QC Certificates <br />High density polyethylene (HDPE) piping used to construct the LDTs and the High Volume <br />Solution Collection System (HVSCS) was manufactured by WL Plastics Corp of Ceder City, <br />Utah. AMEC's review of the QC certificates indicates that the piping met project <br />specifications.
