The SF CQA Atterberg limits results are summarized in Table 5. <br />AMEC performed two (2) CQA Atterberg limits tests of LDF. The testing frequency <br />(approximately one test per 70 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing <br />frequency of one test per 10,000 cubic yards. The LDF CQA Atterberg limits met project <br />specifications, and the results are presented in Appendix H -1 and summarized in Table 6. <br />AMEC performed sixty -seven (67) CQA Atterberg limits tests of SLF. The majority of the SF contained more than 30 percent above <br />the 3/4-inch sieve. Per Specification 2200 Section 3.06, SF containing more than 30 percent <br />above the 3/4-inch sieve is placed using a method specification and cannot be tested using a <br />standard Proctor (due to the high rock content).
