Representatives of CC &V, Ames, Lone Star, and AMEC conducted daily, weekly, and preconstruction coordination meetings throughout the construction period. 1.3.1 Daily Construction Summary Reports ame0 AMEC prepared daily construction summary reports as well as photographic documentation (Appendix B) throughout the project to document the key elements of construction and the CQA activities that occurred. On -site AMEC CQA personnel, the Certifying Engineer and the Project Sponsor discussed construction activities on a regular basis. In addition, field personnel prepared daily observation reports. AMEC submitted these daily summary reports to CC &V. Daily reports are not included in this report, but were available for Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) review during the course of the project. 1.3.2 Weekly Construction Summary Reports AMEC prepared weekly construction summary reports which were submitted to CC &V and to the DRMS. Weekly reports from the period of January 2009 through November 2011 are presented in Appendix D. 1.4 Project Specifications All work was performed in accordance with the design plans and specifications presented in Amendment No. 9 to Mining Permit M- 1980 -244 and subsequent revisions, as approved by DRMS. IFC Drawings relevant to the current construction are presented in the Drawings section of this report, and project specifications are presented in Appendix E. If construction and /or specification modifications were warranted due to site - specific conditions, documentation was submitted to CC &V for DRMS approval (see Appendix M). No changes were implemented without DRMS approval.
