Sampling and testing of the colluvium will be conducted annually for the first two years of the RPE
East operation. Additional testing will be conducted after the first two years of operation only when
there is an apparent change in the nature of the colluvium.
Analysis
Stability analyses will be performed during the first six months and periodically thereafter if
necessary, depending upon the monitoring and testing results.
