Ho <br />GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS <br />Montrose, CO 81401 970 -252 -4502 <br />In order to provide the best in emergency response services, the Montrose County is changing the <br />address for the gravel production on the above reference parcel to 23010 Highway 550. This address is <br />effective immediately and all prior addresses are now inactive. <br />Montrose County will provide a free 911 /address sign if requested by calling (970) 252 -4541 or emailing the <br />Land Use Department at kbrady @co.montrose.co.us. It is the property owner's responsibility to pick it up <br />from the Land Use Department's office and install it at the driveway's access to Highway 550. Please allow <br />two to three weeks for ordered signs to be received. A postcard will be sent notifying you the sign is ready <br />for pickup. <br />Please notify anyone that may be affected by this change of address as it is the property owner's <br />responsibility to make users aware of the correct address. In the interest of the public's health, safety and <br />welfare, I appreciate your cooperation in making this transition. Please contact me if you have any <br />questions. <br />Retain this letter with your property records for verification of address for your property. <br />
