Exhibit E- Reclamation Plan
A.) Prior to removing the gravel material, if topsoil is present, it will be removed at a depth of 6" to 12"
and stockpiled on site. After mining operations are completed, the banks of the pit will be sloped to
approximate 2:1 slope. Topsoil will be spread over the entire pit area, and pit will be reseeded as per
instructed. Any of the area within the creek will be smoothed out and left alone due to high flow
instances.
B.) The post- mining land use is likely to remain rangeland.
C.) Reseeding and mulching will be performed at the end of the pits life, and will be completed as per
recommended by the National Resources Conservation Service. Only natural precipitation will be used
for irrigation. The mining operation will not affect surface or ground water.
D.) Revegetation will be accomplished at the end of the pits life; due to the minimal amount of
disturbance no phase reclamation is needed.
